Our in-house production capacity allows us to print components weighing between 0.2 and 15 kilograms of requirements.

  • Press with a capacity of 1,200 tons;

  • 2 anthropomorphic robots (ABB and Kuka).

Linea 2

  • Steel reheating furnace equipped with bill-cutting shear and scorer;
  • 100-ton preforming press;
  • Press with a capacity of 1,000 tons;
  • Deburring press with power of 130 tons;
  • 3 anthropomorphic robots (2 ABB and 1 Kuka).

Linea 3

  • Steel reheating furnace equipped with bill-cutting shear and scorer;
  • Two-pass rolling mill;
  • Press with a capacity of 1,000 tons;
  • Deburring press with power of 160 tons.

Linea 4

  • Steel reheating furnace equipped with bill-cutting shear and scorer;
  • Press with a capacity of 1,600 tons;
  • Deburring press with a capacity of 250 tons;
  • Additional deburring press with power of 120 tons interchangeable according to production requirements.

Technical Office

Software CAD/CAM for in-house design of molds, dies and fixitures. Specifically:

• Faces (3 station);
• ZW3D;
• Esprit.

Molding process simulation software:

• Simufact Forming.

Workshop Department

The in-house workshop supports the production process, optimizing it. Our goal is to keep abreast of the latest technologies available on the market in order to keep constant improvement in equipment quality

  • 1 x EDM.

Warehouse department

  • 1 minting press with a capacity of 360 tons;
  • 1 x sandblaster;
